You do not need to register or log-in, but you will need to give your first name and email address.
1. Click on "Build a wall" (either in blue box, or in the top right corner).
2. Configure what you'd like your wall to look like and say.
Click at the top to edit what you want your wall to be called and add a subtitle, or an instruction.
Add a picture. They have some to choose from, or upload your own.
Choose the background colour/pattern for your wall.
Choose a URL.
Choose your privacy options. For classroom use, choose viewed by everyone, can be posted on by everyone, but make sure you click "I want to approve every post before it shows up on the wall" as once you make the wall, anyone could come across it and post inappropriate things.
Enter your name and email.
3. Click on "Done" in the bottom right corner. It will tell you if you missed a step.
4. You will be redirected to your new wall.
5. To post on it, double click anywhere and this box will appear:
6. Click where it says "Anonymous" and add your name, then click in the "Write your message here" section and type away.
7. You can add a URL link if you want to.
8. Click "Ok" when you're done.
Ideas for Classroom Use
Have students give opinions about something.
As a homework activity - eg. post a picture of a polygon.
Students ideas for "what I know, or want to learn".
Students post about the things they learned during a unit of work.
A place for students to ask questions anonymously.
A way to get parent feedback about something.
Students can embed a piece of work to show their parents/relatives.
Book recommendations and reviews.
It could serve as a "suggestion box".
Have parents give their opinions or feedback about something.
